 | | Yantra+Tantra+Mantra=Your Dream | |
| | | |
If you are striving for success, if you wish to be a leader in your chosen field, as a thinking person, you realize that you need to possess the corresponding qualities, knowledge and abilities. Create your own personal magical Thoughtform of the person you would like to see yourself become, your own ideal You. To achieve this, you must transfer these attributes and qualities to your energy centers (chakras), and to meditate each one of them onto the corresponding center. The chakras outwardly appear as whirling wheels, that is why that word, chakra, is properly translated as 'fiery wheel'. On the physiological level, these energy centers correspond to dense neural complexes of the central nervous system, its spinal cord and cerebral cortex. There is a veritable sea of literature available on the chakras, where they can be investigated further in great detail. Here, we shall juxtapose the tension, vibration and rhythm; the colors, the forms, the feelings, and the sounds: Yantra, Tantra and Mantra. Any living object in this world, by virtue of being a Thought uttered by his, her or its Creator, has been enveloped in a form or shape appropriate to himself, herself, itself, and worthy thereof. The thought of a human being is a living entity: its form is infused with the light of his consciousness, those feelings and vibrations of his or her soul, that have been imparted in the process of the thought’s articulation, or engendering. For that reason, our Mirriors are thoughtforms, and by handling them in the right way, a human being can learn to construct the events of his or her own life, creating his or her own future so as to meet today’s arrival with joy, with suitable solemnity and focus, as one’s own cherished dream, that we have just a day or two ago created, in the image and likeness of our own presence with the process of Creative Dreaming… |

 | | How to create a thoughtform | |
| | | |
- Choose one of the Mirrors, in keeping with your wishes and purpose.
- Relax your body. Breathe evenly and calmly. Unfocus your eyes. Begin to gaze at the center of the mandala, holding it within the compass of your attention as a whole image. Shut off your internal monologue.
- Your chosen mandala moves; your body responds with warmth, pulsation, the feeling of being full of energy. As you continue to gaze, incorporate the mandala into yourself, placing it within that part of your body, where the chakra or energy center you are working on is to be found.
- In order to achieve your intention, enter into a special emotional state -- that of serene joy. Why should you not be joyful when coming into the presence of the self that you are striving to become? Then, holding your breath and concentrating on the desired quality, transfer your sensations of joy onto the image of yourself.
- Inject your imagination into the process. Visualize yourself, for example, as fearless, if it is fearlessness you seek; or confident, or merciful.
- Join your perceptions of the movement, pulsation and rhythm of the mandala to your feelings and perceptions of your own body, and then give voice thrice, aloud, to yourself, of the specific quality that you are meditating on.
- Meditate upon just one quality or attribute in each practice session. Then, next time, repeat the previous one and add the next one on, and so forth, in succession. In this manner, the shaping of your Thoughtform shall gradually and certainly become infused with the information you need. You shall have created a powerful instrument.
The mandala operates as a recording device, registering the unity of the movement, vibration, tension and rhythm of your feelings and thoughts. Make sure to visualize your dynamic mandala over the course of your day, revisiting those sensations of your body, your feelings and emotions, that accompanied your practice session. In this manner, your thoughtform’s composition shall be reinforced, strengthened, bringing you ever closer to your goal. A dynamic mandala onto which you shall have imprinted your perceptions, sensations and thought shall generate a surprisingly substantive, vital and lasting thoughtform construction. It shall contain your will, your purpose to succeed in what you set for yourself; it shall protect the integrity and invulnerability of your thought. In order for the development of your thoughtform not to be interrupted, nourish it and sustain it with daily practice. Be thoughtful, precise and rational in your selection of goals! Honestly, our Mirrors are not playthings. They are actively functional instruments. And if you set for yourself, as your goal, to see your dynamic mandala in a dream, while sleeping, and there, while still dreaming, to use it to enter into the subject of your dreams – that is easily enough accomplished…. |

 |
 | | | | The first energy center is the Muladhara. Its color is red. It is found below the coccyx, on the anterior side of the spinal column. When this energy center is insufficiently active, a person is excessively cautious, fearful, incapable of fairly assessing her or his own abilities, requiring constant encouragement and reassurance. Worries and anxieties consume him or her. Such a person is quickly fatigued, and may exhibit a propensity to be manipulative. In order to activate this center, use red dynamic mandalas. Excessive activity is expressed in physical aggressiveness, militancy, impulsiveness, intensely assertive sexuality, hyperactivity. In order to bring this center into a state of equilibrium, utilize green dynamic mandalas, and then revert back to a red mandala. For the benefit of the first energy center, it is best to meditate on qualities of fearlessness, indomitable willpower, steadfastness, resilience, fortitude, justice, respect and esteem. |
| | | | |
 |
 | | | | The second energy center is the Svadhistana. Its color is orange. It is found behind the perineum, on the spinal cord. When this center is insufficiently active, a person tends to be mistrustful, fears expressing emotions, is unsociable, has difficulty expressing his or her individuality, is overly concerned with the opinions of others. In order to develop this center, use dynamic mandalas that are orange. Excessive activity of the second center is expressed in selfishness, egotism, arrogance, lustfulness, pride, a lust for power, emotional fragility and overreaction. To normalize such a state, use dark blue hues, and follow them with a small portion of orange. The second energy center profits from nourishment with information about such qualities as selfless love for all that lives, freedom, independence, invulnerability, flexibility, unobstructed flow, wholeness and wholesomeness, purity, youth, lightness, responsiveness, experience, kindness. |
| | | | |
 |
 | | | | The third energy center is Manipura. Its color is yellow. It is found in the region of the solar plexus, on the spinal column, behind the navel. An overactive third center iss reflected in excessive fussiness; a demanding, pedantic, perfectionist, fault-finding nature; criticism; stubbornness; a need for constant changes and endless variety. To normalize this center, use dynamic mandalas in which violet and purple colors dominate. An underactive third center leads to feelings of being insufficiently appreciated or accepted; plans that are left unfulfilled, an inability to act; feelings of isolation; a fear of having to master or learn new things. In such cases, use mandalas that are yellow. For the third center, meditate on the attributes and qualities of omnipotence, incandescence, passion, omniscience; being in command of all that can be known, grasped, heard, seen, penetrated into; of growth, creativity, inspiration, nurturing and concentration. |
| | | | |
 |
 | | | | The fourth energy center is the Anahata. Its color is green. It is found in the center of the breast, on the spinal column. An overactive fourth center leads to manifestations of rage, anger, jealousy, envy, blaming others for everything; stinginess, greed or a miserly nature; excessive self-confidence. To restore equilibrium to this center, use rose-colored dynamic mandalas, and follow with a green mandala. Persons with an insufficiently open Anahata demonstrate uncertainty, insecurity, difficulty asserting their own will, possessiveness, doubts in themselves, feelings of abandonment and loneliness, insufficient compassion. Work with mandalas that are green. The fourth mandala is strengthened by meditation on mercy, compassion, serenity, irresistibility, open access, availability, desirability, keenness of perceptions, demanding insistence, assertiveness, severity, omniscience, multifacetedness, crushing force, constancy, patronage and philanthropy, radiance, rationality, omnipotence, sovereignty, solidity, substance, dependability, capability, detachment, monolithic essence, health, bountiful prosperity, extroversion, confidence. |
| | | | |
 |
 | | | | The fifth energy center is the Vishudha. Its color is azure blue. It is found in the area between the shoulder blades, on the spinal column. An overactive fifth center is characterized by a tendency to despotism and oppressive control, fanaticism, excess and overreaction, harsh outbursts, roughness or even brutish coarseness. Insufficiencies of the fifth center are marked by an unthinking submissiveness to others, resistance to change, melancholy, stubbornness, difficulties in interactions, deficiencies in being able to articulate one’s thoughts and feelings. Dynamic mandalas of light-blue colors are used to nurture this energy center. For the fifth center, meditate on information related to the attributes and qualities of all that encourages continuity, constancy, consistency, growth of potential, perfection, sensitivity, refinement, mobility and graceful progression. |
| | | | |
 |
 | | | | The sixth energy center is the Adjna. Its color is deep blue. It is found where the lines that cross the bridge of the nose intersect with the opening of the ears. Overactivity of this center is expressed in anxiety, fearfulness, hypersensitivity, a tendency to disparage or discount the actions of others. To direct this center towards a more harmonious state, use pale orange hues, such as apricot or peach, followed by a small dose of deep blue. An underactive sixth center leads to a tendency to doubt and suspect, to envy the abilities or accomplishments of others, forgetfulness, superstition, fearfulness and restless agitation. In such cases, use a deep blue mandala. A well-developed sixth center is imparts heightened intuition, creative imagination and a gift for clairvoyance. |
| | | | |
 |
 | | | | The seventh energy center is the Sahasrara. Its color is violet jr gold. It is found above the crown of the head. Hyperactivity of this seventh center is revealed in a need to be popular; it gives rise to delusions of irreplaceability, to a need for the empathy of others, and to a vivid erotic imagination. Use dynamic mandalas that are yellow, and follow with a violet mandala. An underactive seventh center, on the other hand, is demonstrated by a person’s impression of being misunderstood by others, of prudishness and constraint, self-denial and negative self-perception. In this case, use a violet colored mandala. In your thoughtform, for these two energy centers, it is necessary to allocate space for refreshing, protective and nurturing energies that nourish your mind, its potential and abilities. |
